As a transport group, Go-Ahead was
flourishing. Its stakeholder communications
however were not. We addressed that with
separate reports on Go-Ahead’s 13 regional
businesses; group PDF and web reports;
questionnaires and feedback forms.
By 2006, the group had been awarded
‘gold status’ by BITC. Go-Ahead’s CSR
record no longer lagged behind.
